GT99 reserves the right to suspend access to any account that provided false information during registration. Any winnings or bonuses obtained through an account registered with false information will be voided and will not be paid out.

The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. Deposits are processed automatically in under 2 minutes once payment is confirmed. GT99 does not charge any processing fees for deposits — any fees imposed by the payment provider are the member's responsibility.

All deposits must be made in the registered member's name. Funds found to originate from third parties, credit or debit cards belonging to others, or unauthorised sources will be frozen and returned. GT99 is not responsible for any losses arising from the use of unauthorised payment methods.

The official currency used for all GT99 transactions is Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses and withdrawals are stated in RM.

Withdrawals from your GT99 account are subject to the following conditions:

You may close your GT99 account at any time by contacting our support team.
